Hiring: Account Manager.

This role is a key member of the Accounts Team and the SomeOne studio.

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing accounts and projects, driving brand and creative excellence at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

» Managing to a detailed level what is happening with each account
» Support Account Directors and Head of Account Services on large accounts
» Liaison and close working relationship with design team, from Creative Director to Designer
» Ensuring on-time delivery of requests to/from client (internally and with SomeOne)
» Leading the creation of client presentations and reporting
» Working alongside senior management in developing documents and reports
» Supporting and delivering very high attention to detail, within all company communications
» Playing role in everyday running of team, new business opportunities, onboarding and finance

Roles & Responsibilities

Project management
Planning, organisation and assessment 
Proposal writing and project planning
One-to-one client relationships and communication
Financial control and reporting

Skills and personal attributes required

Passionate about brands
A true team player and keen to learn
Experience working at senior level and with senior stakeholders
Works with guidance, but not constant supervision
Has a professional and efficient work ethic, is organised and a multi-tasker
Focused attention to detail
Can work independently as well as part of a wider team
Strong business writing and presentation skills
Persuading and influencing skills at all levels
Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
2 — 4 years experience, including managing multiple work streams and clients
